This Investor Compensation Scheme secures all credit cover where Golden Assets or Golden Broker are the debtor as a consequence of their financial incapacity to redeem or return to the investors, according to the applicable legal and contractual terms, the funds that are owed to the latter or that belong to them and that are specially allocated to investment operations, or that are held or managed on their behalf in the scope of investment operations. The Scheme secures credit redemption derived from investment operations where the holder is the investor at the date in which the credit generating situations up to a maximum limit of 25.000 euros occur.

In view of the trading structures in which investor operations are carried out, there may be additional collateral arrangements for investors.
Golden Broker is not a member of Euronext Lisbon and therefore the Guarantee Fund regime of such market will not apply to the transactions of the Customers carried out there. However, in view of the trading structures in which investor operations are carried out, there may be additional mechanisms for investor guarantee.
